What is the diffference between health-related and skill-related physical fitness?
With health-related it deals with your genetics maening there is nothing you can change. Skill related is how well you can do something better that you can work to improve it.
What are the health-related components of physical fitness?
Muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, body composition.
What are the skill-related components of physical fitness
Agility,balance, coordination, speed , power
Why does a person not have to be an athlete to be physically fit?
Because not all fit people are athletes. Some people are in shape because it is a lifes choice others are just naturally fit.
Why is it important to know your current level of health-fitness?
To simply make sure that they are in shape. But it is also used to see if a person is not in shape and if not they need to make some changes. So it's like a double edged sword.
